Mike Edwards
Founder
Mike is the Founder of The Edwards Sales Company. He has a long history in sales and owned several small businesses. He grew up the son of a Colonel who served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam, so Mike’s always had an exceptional appreciation for the military. Edwards Sales is a true culmination of both his work experience and personal interests. Mike graduated from The College of William and Mary. He is married to his wife, Kathy, of over 30 years. Together they have three daughters and six grandchildren. They live in Fayetteville, Georgia.
Kathy Edwards
Founder
Kathy founded Edwards Sales alongside Mike. She is involved in every aspect of the company development with an emphasis in managing company budget. Kathy has a background in retail management, sales & marketing, and marketing research. She also owns and operates a brick and mortar shop with three locations in the Atlanta area. She graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Journalism & Consumer Studies.
Lindsay Hively
Operations & Business Development
Lindsay runs Operations and Business Development for The Edwards Sales Company. She heads up company strategy and employee operations in addition to her national sales coverage. Prior to joining Edwards Sales in 2009, she spent several years working in television production. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Lindsay lives in the East Lake neighborhood of Atlanta with her husband, Brandon, and two sons, Theo and Finn.

Brandon Hively
Operations & Business Development
Brandon officially joined the Edwards Sales team in 2025, though he’s been part of the family unofficially for over a decade as Lindsay’s husband. He brings a wealth of experience from his ten years at The Home Depot’s corporate office, where he gained deep insight into the retail store environment. Prior to that, Brandon led supply chain operations for several major retail companies. A proud University of Tennessee graduate. Go Vols! Brandon lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife Lindsay (a proud UGA Bulldog — a true house divided!) and their two sons, Theo and Finn.
Brittany Gredler
Customer Service and Office Management
Brittany is the Office Manager of The Edwards Sales Team. She joined us in 2016, after spending time in the non-profit sector. She handles inside sales, customers service, administrative duties, on-site training, and leadership organization. She has a degree in Sociology and Leadership from Florida State University and is finishing her Ph.D in Psychology. Brittany is passionate about volunteering and currently does so for the Florida Restorative Justice Association, working toward recidivism rates for teens and minors who have been involved with the justice system. She lives in north Florida with her spouse and their son, and their chunky Frenchie named Wonton
Jessica Schaff
Inside Sales
Jessica is a US Navy veteran with a specialty in weapons systems and shipboard armory operations. After earning her degree in Interior Design, Jessica went on to serve 8 years in the Navy. She then started a career in customer service and retail management where she excelled for the past two decades. Jessica first joined Kelsey and Kathy's retail operations and has now joined the TESC team. Jessica lives in Atlanta with her husband, Logan and their dogs, Zoe and Effie, and cat, Henry
Kelsey Edwards
Accounting
Kelsey heads up accounting for The Edwards Sales Company. After spending some time as an art teacher, she joined the family businesses in 2011. She handles inside sales, invoicing and office management. In addition to Edwards Sales, Kelsey manages and operates a retail shop with two locations in the Atlanta area - with Kathy! She is also a freelance photographer and studied graphic design at Emory University. Kelsey graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Art Education and a minor in Sociology. She lives in the East Lake Neighborhood of Atlanta with her husband.
